I've posted this same problem on Amazon's support forum and am waiting for an answer. Kindle Previewer generated the file with a screwed up TOC, and it is not displaying the pages properly - starting 3/4 of the way through the book, rather than at the beginning. I am trying to create a mobi file from an epub file that I have exported from Apple Pages. I have run into an issue that has me stumped, and I don't know if it's a Pages problem or KindleGen.
